Bethlehem VegFest is 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, in SouthSide Greenway, between New and Taylor streets in SouthSide Bethlehem. The annual vegan and sustainable lifestyle festival will include food sampling, vegan natural food providers, speakers, chef demonstrations and educational exhibitors, according to the the Downtown Bethlehem Association's website.
4.) Mission to 'Mars'

Saturday, Aug. 22, is Tomato Day at the Easton Farmers' Market in Easton's Centre Square. Get your tomato fix, watch a demo by 3rd & Ferry Fish Market chef Javan Small and learn tomato growing tips from Penn State Master Gardeners. 6.) Folk fun
Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley presents Summer Folk Art & Neighborhood Festival, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, in the Arts Park across from the museum, 31 N. Fifth St., Allentown. Inspired by the exhibition, "A Shared Legacy: Folk Art in America," there will be yoga, live music and food in the park; the museum will have folk art, craft demonstrations, music and hands-on upcycle activities. 7.) On the spot

9.) Moon men
Easton-based rockers The Moondogs return 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, to The Longswamp Tavern, 20 Gap Road, Macungie. Support local music.
"Pride in the Park" is noon Sunday, Aug. 23, at Cedar Beach Park in Allentown. Presented by Pride of the Lehigh Valley, the event will include an appearance by Miss Kennedy Davenport, of RuPaul's Drag Race, and a "Chef-Off" at 3 p.m. Admission costs $5; free for children under 12.
