Singers Morgan James, Rob Evan and Lakisha Jones will revisit classic rock and pop hits of the 1970s and '80s this weekend during an all-star salute at Miller Symphony Hall.
The concert is set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $25-$60.
The performance will feature the three vocalists tackling hits by Bruce Springsteen, Cyndi Lauper, the Eagles, Whitney Houston, Queen and Aerosmith, among others.
James, a graduate of the esteemed Juilliard School, headlined Lehigh University's Zoellner Arts Center in 2015. In addition to her work on Broadway and frequent collaborations with Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox, James has released the solo albums Hunter and Reckless Abandon; the latter of which dropped last month.
Evan is a member of multi-platinum-selling classical rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra. He has appeared in such Broadway productions as Little Shop of Horrors, Disney's Tarzan and Les Miserables.
Jones was a top four finalist during the 2007 season of American Idol. Two years later, Jones released her debut album, So Glad I'm Me. Her Broadway credits include Tony Award-wining musical The Color Purple.
