Comedian Bill Burr books debut performance at Sands

Comedian Bill Burr will return in November to the Lehigh Valley for his first headlining performance at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center in Bethlehem.

The show is set for 8 p.m. Nov. 7, officials announced Monday in a news release. Tickets $54.50-$80 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, through ticketmaster.com, sandseventcenter.com, by calling 800-745-3000 and at the box office, 77 Sands Blvd.

Burr has recorded the stand-up specials Why Do I Do This, Let It Go, You People Are All the Same and I'm Sorry You Feel That Way. In addition to comedy, Burr has appeared in such films as Walk of Shame, Date Night, The Heat and, Zombeavers, as well as the TV show Breaking, Bad, Kroll Show and The New Girl. He is also the host of Bill's Monday Morning Podcast.

Burr performed inMay 2013 at the State Theatre in Easton.
