If you are still not convinced that vinyl is still the best format for listening to music, DJ Brad F. Scott and Nick Pokrivchak may be able to change your tune.

Scott will be spinning vinyl 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. tonight at Drinkys, 5 Centre Square, during his "Wanted: Vinyl Lovers Only" dance party. Turn up the heat and get your groove on with some hot wax.

Pokrivchak will be dropping the needle on your favorite vinyl Thursday, starting 8 p.m., during Black & Blue's weekly "Bring Your Own Vinyl" night. This week's theme is summertime, so be sure to grab the albums that, as the event's Facebook page suggests, remind you of putting your feet in the sand. Leave the beach pass at home and don't forget the sunblock.
