Edwin McCain, 'SNL' star Michael Che added to ArtsQuest lineup

ArtsQuest has added Saturday Night Live cast member Michael Che, singer-songwriter Edwin McCain and celebrity chef Robert Irvine to its Musikfest Cafe fall lineup. The three shows were announced Tuesday in a news release.

Che, whose television and film credits include The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show and The Late Show with David Letterman, is set for 8 p.m. Oct. 23. He is the co-anchor of SNL's "Weekend Update" segment. Tickets cost $25-$30.

McCain has been penciled in for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 13. His popular songs include "I'll Be" and "I Could Not Ask for More" and his 2008 cover of Grand Funk Railroad's "Some Kind of Wonderful." Tickets cost $25-$33.

Irvine is scheduled to appear 8 p.m. Dec. 1. The star of Food Network's Restaurant: Impossible and Dinner: Impossible appeared at the venue in November 2013. Tickets cost $39 and $29. Prior to his live show, Irvine will hold an exclusive VIP kitchen demonstration 6 to 7 p.m. that evening. Tickets for the VIP demonstration cost $150, with seating limited to 100 people.

Tickets for all three performances go on sale10 a.m. Sept. 8 to ArtsQuest members, 10 a.m. Sept. 11 to the public through steelstacks.org and by phone at 610-332-3378.
