New SteelStacks shows include 'Saturday Night Live' star Kevin Nealon, comedian Nemr

Need a reason to get pumped up?  

Comedian-actor and former Saturday Night Live cast member Kevin Nealon on May 7 will headline Musikfest Cafe in Bethlehem. Show time is 7:30 p.m.

Nealon's tenure on SNL included portraying one-half of weightlifting duo Hans and Franz, as well as anchoring the "Weekend Update" news desk. He has appeared in such films as Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer and Grandma's Boy. Nealon co-stars opposite Matt LeBlanc on the CBS sitcom Man With a Plan.

Tickets for Nealon cost $35-$39 in advance, $39-$44 at the door. 

ArtsQuest officials announced the show Wednesday in a news release, along with season additions Nemr and Burning Bridget Cleary. 

Nemr -- nicknamed "Lebanon's King of Comedy" -- is scheduled for 8 p.m. Feb. 26 at Musikfest Cafe. Tickets cost $22-$40.

Celtic-folk group Burning Bridget Cleary will return to Bethlehem on March 17 for a St. Patrick's Day concert at Musikfest Cafe. Show time is 8 p.m. Tickets cost $12-$18 in advance, $15-$20 at the door.

Tickets for all three announced performances go on sale 10 a.m. Nov. 1 to ArtsQuest members, 10 a.m. Nov. 4 to the public. Tickets can be purchased online at steelstacks.org or by calling 610-332-3378.

Musikfest Cafe is located inside the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem.
