Organizers of the 20th annual Easton Riverside Festival of the Arts are seeking local artists, fine crafters, musicians, performers, buskers and volunteers interested in participating in the event.

The festival will be held Sept. 17-18 at Scott and Riverside parks in Downtown Easton.

About 70 juried artists and artisans typically showcase their works during the event, according to a news release. Those interested in participating can download an application at EastonRiversideFest.org.

This year's event will include new features such as "food as an art," educational art workshops and a Juried Art Gallery. For the gallery, artists may select one piece that will be juried to exhibit in the salon-styled tent, according to the release.

The popular Plein Air Content is also set to return, in which artists will compete for $200 in awards. The contest will be hosted by Easton-based oil painter Adriano Farinella.

Organizers also unveiled the winning poster design, created by artist Kristin Longo.

Riverside Festival of the Arts is free to attend.
