ZZ Top is revving up their musical engine for a summer trek that will bring the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers back to Bethlehem for a concert at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.

ZZ Top -- guitarist-vocalist Billy Gibbons, bassist-vocalist Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard -- are set for 7 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Bethlehem venue, officials announced Monday in a news release. The group will be joined by supporting act Gov't Mule.

Tickets cost $70$99.50. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, May 20, through ticketmaster.com, sandseventcenter.com, by calling 800-745-3000 and at the box office, 77 Sands Blvd.

The Texas natives headlined Bethlehem's Musikfest celebration in August 2015. ZZ Top was originally scheduled to perform the previous year at Musikfest, but had to cancel the show due to Hill undergoing kidney surgery.

ZZ Top's diamond-selling 1983 album Eliminator spawned the hit singles "Gimme All Your Lovin," "Sharp Dressed Man," "Got Me Under Pressure" and "Legs." Their other popular tunes include "La Grange," "Tush" and "Pearl Necklace."
