The seventh annual Easton Summer Comedy Show, hosted by comedian and founder Liz Russo, will be held tonight in the Gold Room of the Grand Eastonian Hotel & Suites in Easton.
The free show will feature performances by headliner Ross Bennett and Paul Spratt. Bennett has appeared on the former Late Show with David Letterman and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn.
Show time is 8 p.m.
Russo, of Easton, has opened for such nationally-recognized comedians as former Saturday Night Live cast member Colin Quinn and actor Gilbert Gottfried. She has been voted "Lehigh Valley's Funniest Comedian" by Lehigh Valley Style magazine in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
"I can't thank (Easton) Mayor (Sal) Panto Jr. enough for giving me the opportunity to bring quality comedians like Ross Bennett to our city," Russo said Saturday. "Not even the rain can stop us!"
